Scripture (Hebrews 10:25) tells us, "let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let
us encourage one another". At McPhail our faith is more than about just Sunday mornings.
A partial list of our programs follows:
- Balcony Bible Club - for youth and young teens; learning faith and having fun!
- Bible studies - six weeks in duration, spring and fall and others scheduled as interest demands
- Choir - for all- whether you are musically inclined or just love to sing
- Community Outreach - serving at The Door Youth Drop In and in other community spaces (see Outreach for more details)
- Family events - bowling, softball, movie nights, games nights, picnics and more
- Men's events - hockey games, annual retreat weekend, men's breakfasts
- Mission group - study and promote church work in Canada and abroad, including opportunities to go on Short Term mission trips and projects
- Partners in Prayer - quarterly partnering with each other to support one another with prayer and prayer meetings
- Women's events - Secret sisters, nights out at the theatre, quilting bees and other events that create fast friendships
