We, the people who are McPhail Memorial Baptist Church, are dedicated to the service
of God in our neighbourhood, in our city and in our world. Using the life and ministry
of Jesus Christ as our example, we strive to worship our Creator, nurture our understanding
and faith, and reach out to those around us in need, with the love of God.
In each of our programs and services and in our daily interactions, with the help of God,
we strive to undertake whatever activities we can to encourage our family, friends, and our
neighbours to seek a personal relationship with God.
As a church in the heart of downtown Ottawa we believe that all of its people are our
neighbours. Together, we have a unique role and special opportunities and responsibilities
to serve God in the community in which we worship, and the communities in which we live,
and we are obliged to respond.
